2. Promotional Offer & Pricing Terms
The promotional package "5 Rooms + Free Hallway Only $205" includes up to 5 standard residential carpeted rooms (max 200 sq ft per room) plus one standard hallway. Excess square footage, combined great rooms, or extensive pet sub-floor treatments will be clearly communicated and approved before cleaning starts.
3. Address Requirements for Booking
Online appointments require a valid, verifiable physical street address, city, state, and ZIP code in Huntersville, NC & surrounding areas. Incomplete or unverified address submissions may be canceled or delayed until address details are confirmed.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitation of Liability
We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with any cleaned area, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the area free of charge. S Tier Total Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered.
